Jessica uses a variety of tools to achieve her clients' goals. Hot stones and hot towels deliver a penetrating heat that soothes and softens tight muscles. Cupping facilitates healing and circulation in compressed areas. Percussive tools help break up fascia to free up tight muscles.
Ashiatsu is a style of massage in which the therapist uses bare feet to provide deep, broad pressure that is signaturely relaxing and satisfying. Jessica often incorporates ashiatsu into her sessions, along with more traditional manual methods.

In 60 minutes we can do therapeutic work on 1-2 problem areas OR cover the full body in a relaxation-focused session.
75 minutes is typically enough time to fully address one problem area as well as include full-body relaxation work.
In 90 minutes we can do therapeutic work on 2 or more areas, or 1 focused area plus full-body relaxation.
Two full hours provides time for therapeutic work on 2 or more areas AND full-body maintenance/relaxation. The ultimate body tune-up!
